6The reason I consider this version name-focused is that I read this as “apply the prefix operator (…) to bar”, so my eye is anchored on bar instead of foo. As for the type-focused version, because the type is written in a “function-like” position, my eye treats it as the function name in this case, which makes it stand out compared to the name.
